RAD Hostel is now offering affordable extended-stay co-living options for the 2023-2024 fall/winter season with limited availability after February 21, 2024. We have a variety of shared and private rooms for all budgets and preferences. Ideal for remote workers, students, those relocating to the area, and anyone who values community and sustainable living.

Our amenities include Wi-Fi, streaming services in common areas, limited continental breakfast, weekly activities, free bike rentals, cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and free parking for 1 vehicle. Rooms are furnished and include a microwave (private rooms only) and a fridge. Fresh linen is provided weekly.

Cancellation and Checkout

Cancellation prior to move-in: Your 1st month’s rent will be refunded 50% if you cancel up to 3 days before move-in and your deposit will be forfeited.

Early check out: No refunds on rent. Your deposit will be refunded within 24 hours as long as everything is in the same condition as when you moved in. * Paying weekly (after the first month) is encouraged if you don’t intend to stay a full month.

Pets are not allowed but service animals are welcome. For accommodating service animals, please contact the hostel and ask to speak with a manager.

Each room has a bathroom and is shared with the residents of the particular room.

The rooms do not have a TV. But a TV is available in the main lounge as well as the 24-hour lounge. We also offer streaming services free of charge.

No, you are not allowed to cook in the room. Cooking should be kept to the main kitchen or 24-hour lounge.

Every room has a fridge, but only private rooms include a microwave.

Yes, quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

It is $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry.

Yes, but your personal sheets, blankets, and pillows must be properly laundered prior to arrival.

We provide daily housekeeping for the dorms and weekly housekeeping for private rooms.

Toilet tissue is provided, and the showers have a dispenser with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Travel sized combs, lotion, and conditioner can be purchased at the front desk. Limited supply available.

The main kitchen is open from 7 am to 10 pm.
